Privacy Policy

OutdoorLink values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains more specifically what data, if any, is collected by OutdoorLink, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “OutdoorLink”, “or “we” or “us”), about you, and why, and what we may do with that data.

Scope of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the OutdoorLink terms of service and usage agreement, and supersedes any prior Privacy Policy statements.

Information Collection and Use

In order to obtain a user account for access to the OutdoorLink web portal and mobile applications, a limited amount of information is collected. During use of the web portal or mobile apps, certain features you may elect to use will provide additional information as well.

What we collect	Why we collect it
Your name, email address, and possibly a phone number.	To create and maintain your OutdoorLink user account To communicate with you for technical support or billing phone calls. To provide you with email or SMS alert notifications.
Your mailing address	Used for any billing mail.
Your shipping address	Used for shipment of orders and RMA returns.
Mobile Device Image Uploads	Used when you upload a photo of a billboard structure or commercial unit installation, using the mobile applications. Only presented to you, or coworkers and other authorized entities who are allowed access to the specific billboard structure or commercial unit. Used for your documentation of installation details.
GPS Coordinates	The current GPS location of your mobile device is collected when you use the provided button in the mobile application to tag an installed unit with the GPS coordinates of your mobile device. Used to allow us to display your unit’s installed location up on a map. Only accessible by your employees, OutdoorLink employees or other 3 rd parties you authorize.
